The Real Truth Ministries is a non-profit organization. The sexual assault care trainings are led by the Real Truth Ministries founder, Carlie Tice. Each training uses the sexual assault care training curriculum that focuses on eight different topics: an introduction to sexual assault, the Church's involvement, victims, perpetrators, sexual assault myths, rape culture, adolescent victims, and how the church can help. The training is designed for groups of 4-50+ participants at a time.
